Notes

Runs in annual bidding rounds via an Expression of Interest (EOI) stage rather than being open continuously. UPDATE (August 2026 re-verification): the 2025/26 round's 5pm, 13 April 2026 bid deadline has now passed and the scheme is confirmed closed for that round; no new round had been announced as of research time — contact externalfunding@dundeecity.gov.uk to check for the next round.
Requirement
Commercial premises within Dundee's defined city-centre eligible zone. Occupied units can apply for exterior/shopfront improvements; vacant units or newly leased premises can apply for interior and/or exterior improvements. At least 25% match funding required.
