Emergency Support Scheme (Crisis and Resilience Fund) (Lambeth)

Lambeth Council

Description

Lambeth's local Crisis and Resilience Fund — the council's replacement for the Household Support Fund, which ended nationally on 31 March 2026 — branded the Emergency Support Scheme, for residents facing a crisis, emergency, or disaster who cannot afford essentials. Also covers people being resettled from institutional care and those setting up a home as part of a planned resettlement programme. Decisions aim to be made within 24 hours for crisis support and 72 hours for community-care support.
