Innovation grants of up to £60,000 for businesses of any size or stage in York and North Yorkshire pursuing a new product, service, process, or technology, backed by tailored pre-application support (an Innovation Health Check, workshops, and specialist coaching) before a 'Dragons' Den'-style pitch panel decides funding. Part of the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority's £2.5 million Business Innovation Fund programme (launched January 2026, funded by the Department for Business and Trade), which also includes the separate Get Exporting grant strand (£3,000-£10,000, though its most recent funding round has closed) and the advisory-only Get Funded strand.
