Northern Ireland Housing Executive
Northern Ireland's version of Right to Buy, open to Housing Executive secure tenants. Five years' tenancy earns a 20% discount on the market value, rising 2% for each further year up to a maximum of 60% or £24,000 — whichever is lower, which makes the cash cap the binding limit on most properties. Sheltered housing, group housing schemes and certain small single-storey or ground-floor homes are excluded. The parallel scheme for housing association tenants closed in August 2022, so this is now the only statutory discounted-purchase route for social tenants in Northern Ireland.

This one is usually simple enough to do yourself using the free official link below — but if you'd rather have help, we're building relationships with vetted professionals and can let you know if that becomes available.
Some of the organisations we may connect you with pay us a referral fee if you use their service. This never affects which listings you see in the directory. No live partner is confirmed yet for this listing.
You can also do this yourself for free via the official sourceApply to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, which values the property and sets out the discount you qualify for based on your tenancy length.
