Requirement

Property owners, or leaseholders with at least 3 years remaining on their lease (7 years if the project creates new residential units), for commercial or vacant premises within the designated town centre boundaries of Abergavenny, Caldicot, Chepstow, Magor with Undy, Monmouth, or Usk (Town Centre Property Improvement Grant strand); or vacant, disused, or underused sites and premises anywhere in the county with potential to support business growth and employment space (GrowthSpace Grant strand).
