Notes: Capped at a maximum of three applications per employer per year.
Requirement: SMEs based in East Ayrshire holding Employers' Liability Insurance, recruiting East Ayrshire residents aged 25+ (apprentices excepted) who are unemployed or underemployed, into roles of at least 16 hours/week for a minimum of 26 weeks.
