Welsh Government, delivered by housing associations / registered social landlords
Details being confirmed
Some figures on this page (such as the amount, deadline, or rate) are provisional and due a fresh verification pass against the official source. Please confirm the current details using the official link below before relying on this information.
Wales' part-buy, part-rent route into home ownership: you buy an initial share of between 25% and 75% of a property's value from a housing association and pay rent on the share you don't own, with the option to staircase up later. Homes are delivered by registered social landlords, and in North and Mid Wales the usual way in is the Tai Teg register. There's no published national price cap or income limit — eligibility is set by the landlord for each scheme, which is why availability and criteria vary noticeably between areas.

This one is usually simple enough to do yourself using the free official link below — but if you'd rather have help, we're building relationships with vetted professionals and can let you know if that becomes available.
Some of the organisations we may connect you with pay us a referral fee if you use their service. This never affects which listings you see in the directory. No live partner is confirmed yet for this listing.
You can also do this yourself for free via the official sourceContact housing associations operating in your area (or register with Tai Teg in North and Mid Wales) to find shared ownership homes and apply; each landlord runs its own eligibility assessment.
