Notes
Re-verified 2026-08-19: the council's page still describes the scheme in the same terms (£50,000 total pot, up to £5,000 per business, first-come first-served from April 2026), with no indication on the page itself of remaining fund balance — confirm current availability with the Business Concierge team before referring users, since first-come-first-served funding of this size may be exhausted more than four months after opening.
Requirement
Independent, small, or micro-businesses already trading from premises in Croydon, locally owned (no franchises or national chains), with a valid business lease. Three quotes for the proposed works are required, and all planning/building control requirements must be met.
