Vacant Commercial Property Grant Scheme (Bristol)

Bristol City Council

Description

Grants toward the one-off setup costs of taking on a vacant commercial property in Bristol's city centre or one of 46 designated high streets — fitting out, signage, and similar costs of getting a new unit trading. Not intended for ongoing running costs. Co-funded by Bristol City Council, the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, and a residual UK Shared Prosperity Fund allocation; worth double-checking funding hasn't been curtailed early given UKSPF itself ended nationally on 31 March 2026.
