Eligibility summary

  • Available in: England.
  • Open to individuals — not restricted to businesses.
  • Relevant income bands: earning under the Personal Allowance, basic rate taxpayers.
Notes
Confirmed via the consortium's own site (norfolkwarmhomes.org.uk), which names Broadland as lead authority on behalf of South Norfolk, North Norfolk, King's Lynn and West Norfolk, and Breckland — Broadland received £4,713,154 in DESNZ funding for the consortium. Great Yarmouth Borough Council, the fifth council in this directory's Norfolk batch, is NOT part of this consortium and has no confirmed Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme of its own at research time. South Norfolk Council is a genuine consortium member but originally fell outside the five districts directly researched in the first batch — tagged here because it is a confirmed member, not duplicated as a separate entry. A follow-up Norfolk batch re-confirmed via the consortium's own about page that Norwich City Council is NOT a member of this Broadland-led consortium — Norwich instead runs its own separate Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme delivered via E.ON (see the standalone "Warm Homes: Local Grant (Norwich)" entry).
Requirement
Own or privately rent a home in Breckland, Broadland, South Norfolk, King's Lynn and West Norfolk, or North Norfolk with an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G (or no valid EPC), with gross annual household income of £36,000 or less (or income after housing costs below £20,000).
